Where and how it all began
Owner and CEO Patrick Junge comes from the Lübeck merchant family Junge. After several years in the family business, he founded the Paniceus Gastro Systemzentrale GmbH in 2012, the parent company of the Peter Pane restaurants, which still has its headquarters in the 1907 ancestral home of the family in the heart of the historic Lübeck city center. From here, ideas for new Peter products, nature conservation projects, and opportunities to make the guests’ experience even better fly out every day to the Peter universe spread throughout Germany.

Can I swap the patty?
Of course – you can always swap patties! Beef, chicken, vegan or veggie – just choose your favorite combination. We make it possible.
What does Peter have for children?

Can I celebrate my birthday with you?

Do you serve gluten-free dishes?
Although our breadless burgers are theoretically gluten-free, they are prepared in the same environment as the rest of our dishes. Therefore, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that they are truly gluten-free.
Where can I find information on allergens & nutritional values?
You want to know exactly? No problem! All information on allergens, additives and nutritional values can be found on our website or directly in the restaurant – just ask our team.

Do you serve vegan dishes?
We offer a wide range of vegan options – from vegan burgers to bowls and salads. Our fries and many other snacks are made from purely plant-based ingredients. However, as they are sometimes prepared in shared deep fryers in which non-vegetable products (e.g. cheese) are also deep-fried, traces may be present.
What is the difference between vegan and plant-based?
Our purely vegan products are marked with our green vegan symbol.
The fries, Golden Snaggets and the “Veg’ von Beef” patty are also made exclusively from plant-based ingredients, but may come into contact with non-plant-based ingredients (e.g. cheese) during preparation.
For this reason, we label these products as plant-based.
I eat halal food - what can I eat with you?
Good news: you’ve come to the right place! Our Crunchy Chicken Fillet is halal certified.
For example, you can enjoy the Original Crunchy Chicken or the Mango Tango straight from the menu, both with the halal-certified Crunchy Chicken fillet.

Of course! Four-legged friends are very welcome here – after all, they are part of the family. Please just make sure that your dog feels comfortable with us and doesn’t disturb other guests.
