Furthermore, we strive to continuously optimize our entrepreneurial actions and our products and services in terms of sustainability and call on our suppliers to contribute to this in the spirit of a holistic approach. Paniceus can only meet this responsibility through cooperative collaboration with its suppliers and the trustworthy cooperation of its employees. Therefore, the universally binding Supplier Code of Conduct and the Management’s Declaration of Principles are based on national and international standards.

Complaint Procedure
The Paniceus Holding GmbH is committed to the protection of human rights and has issued a fundamental declaration within the framework of the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG). This declaration outlines the human rights and environmental expectations of Paniceus Holding GmbH towards its employees and suppliers in the supply chain.
Human rights and environmental violations or complaints can be reported through a confidential grievance procedure of Paniceus Holding GmbH in accordance with the LkSG. Every report is treated with strict confidentiality, can be made anonymously, and should contain the following information:
- Name and contact information of the complainant (anonymous complaints are possible, but anonymous tips can make investigation difficult).
- Description of the incident or problem.
- Place and date of the incident.
- Affected persons or groups.
- Possible evidence or witnesses.
