Sticky Chicken at Peter Pane
On September 23, Peter Pane kicks off the “Sticky Era,” marking a new chapter for our menu. “Sticky Chicken” means our Crunchy Chicken Tenders are tossed in a glaze after frying. The idea comes from North American fusion cuisine, where Asian glazes meet fried chicken. The order makes all the difference: First, deep-fry until the chicken fillet is golden brown and crispy, then toss it in one of our new sauces—Hot Honey or Korean DAK—right before serving. Glossy and sticky on the outside, with that crunchy texture still intact underneath—and served with our creamy Ranch sauce for dipping. And yes, your fingers will get sticky.
Sticky Chicken Burger
Crunchy chicken tenders, deep-fried until golden brown and tossed in hot honey sauce: sweet at first, then spicy, sticky all over. Paired with crisp pickles—tangy, fresh, exactly the reset the sweetness needs. And because nothing works without ranch: our ranch dressing is always included as a dip. Creamy, “herby,” slightly tangy: the perfect counterpoint to the glaze and, as experience shows, it always lasts exactly until the second-to-last bite.

Sticky Chicken Tenders
Crispy tenders, fresh out of the fryer and tossed in Korean DAK: a sticky Korean glaze that’s sweet, slightly fermented, with a heat that stays mild. By the way, “dak” simply means “chicken” in Korean. Now you know. Prefer sweet & spicy? Go for the Hot Honey glaze. Both are sticky, both are glossy, and both leave you with sticky fingers in the end. Our Ranch dressing is also included as a dip.

French fries as a side dish? Not here. Our Loaded Fries are the main course. The Sticky Chicken Lime Fries come with a jalapeño-lime sauce: spicy heat meets zesty citrus. Topped with sticky chicken tenders in hot honey and pomegranate seeds. The plate you’ll want to photograph before you even take a bite. The Sticky Chicken Cheddar Fries come without the heat, but pack a full-on punch: hot cheddar cheese sauce, bacon, red onions, caramelized onions, and our Crunchy Chicken Tenders.
