Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions of Participation and Privacy

1. PARTICIPANTS AND ATTENDANCE
Participation in the competition is governed exclusively by these conditions of participation. The organizer of the competition is Peter Pane Zentrale (Breite Straße 1-5, 23552 Lübeck). By participating in the competition, the participant declares his or her consent to these conditions of participation and data protection notices.

Participation in the competition is free of charge. Any natural person over the age of 18 who is a permanent resident of Germany or Austria is eligible to participate.

Excluded are employees of the organizer as well as their relatives and all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition. Attempts at manipulation will lead to exclusion from the competition.

COMPETITION PERIOD AND PRIZES

The duration of the sweepstakes is from August 30th, 2023 to September 3rd, 2023, 11:59 p.m.

During this period, users will be given the opportunity to take part in the competition online via Instagram. To enter the sweepstakes, the user must follow us on Instagram and/or Facebook and comment on the sweepstakes post as requested in the social media post.

There are a total of five x €25 vouchers for a restaurant visit to be won. Not valid for peter-bringts.de. 5 winners will be drawn and contacted via Instagram.

The winners will be determined by the Peter Pane headquarters (Breite Straße 1-5, 23552 Lübeck) after the closing date. The winner will be drawn and contacted via Facebook or Instagram. Employees of the participating companies and their relatives are excluded from the competition.
The claim to the prize only arises if the winner confirms acceptance of the prize within 72 hours of being contacted by the organizer by providing his/her address.

3. DATA PROTECTION
Participant data will not be passed on to third parties under any circumstances.
All names of the participants will be recorded and stored for the purpose of determining the winnings. All data will be deleted no later than 30 days after the end of the competition. Address data will only be collected from the winners.

In case of winning, the winner agrees to the publication of his name and place of residence (city) in the advertising media used by the organizer. This includes the announcement of the winner on the operator’s website and its social media platforms.

4. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
The organizer is not liable for the availability of the website www.peter-bringts.de. The organizer is also not liable for any transmission errors.

5. EARLY TERMINATION AND MODIFICATION OF THE COMPETITION
The organizer reserves the right to terminate or modify the competition at any time without prior notice if, for technical or other reasons, the proper conduct of the game cannot be guaranteed or if the fairness of the game appears to be affected. Claims for the participants do not arise from this.

6. OTHER
The legal process is excluded. There is no enforceable claim to the profit or the payment of the cash value. These conditions of participation and the entire legal relationship between the participant and the organizer are subject exclusively to German law. Should individual provisions of the Conditions of Participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining Conditions of Participation shall remain unaffected.

7. FINAL PROVISIONS
This Sweepstakes is not affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed or organized in any way by Facebook or Instagram. The recipient of the information provided by participants is not Facebook or Instagram, but the organizer. The information provided will only be used to conduct the sweepstakes. The participants release Facebook and Instagram from any liability resulting from claims in connection with the implementation of the sweepstakes (in particular its publications and organizations).
Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this Sweepstakes should be directed to the Promoter and not to Facebook or Instagram.
